We love food done right
For over 30 years, we’ve championed organic and sustainably sourced food with a passion. And we aren’t going to stop. We’re incredibly proud to work with farmers who don’t cut corners, don’t use artificial pesticides and prioritise the flavour of their food, the welfare of their animals and the rich biodiversity on their land. But our excitement for food goes beyond the farm and field. We love finding fun ways to enjoy healthy, vibrant and delicious meals, filled with the freshest seasonal ingredients.

We’re passionate and proactive
It’s not just food we want to get right. We put our people first and celebrate when they drive us forward and embody our values. And to say ‘thank you’ for doing that, we nurture talent at every level, from the teams in our offices and warehouses to the ones taking trips out to the fields too.

We’re champions of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
Our JEDI Committee exists to help create a more inclusive place to work. From raising awareness on important issues to fostering a welcoming environment, our volunteers work together to create meaningful change across the business. We’re proud to have champions who represent Gender, Race & Ethnicity, Wellbeing, LGBTQIA+, Disability and Neurodiversity, as well as colleague community groups.
